Started this small venture during the lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic. PanchaRupa is a producer of special tea, to be more specified, Green and Golden tea. Purchasing best quality hand-plucked tea leaves from the organic tea gardens of Panchagarh, Bangladesh. It’s challenging to negotiate with the growers and buyers, also to lead a team of 10-12 members.
